Order and contract

The goods are ordered through the e-shop www.pelishka.com (here in after referred to as “e-shop”). Sending a completed order to the buyer is considered as an offer to enter into a contract based on the seller’s offer in the e-shop. The contract is concluded by confirming an order from the seller.

The buyer, by posting the order, confirms that all necessary information has been provided to him before the shipment, such as: the main characteristics of the goods, the ordered goods type, the number of goods, the total price of the goods, including postage and packing, the method of payment, the mode of transport and the contact details of the seller. After the order is sent to the buyer, the order will be processed by the seller and binding on both parties will become the seller’s confirmation.
