Withdrawal from the purchase contract

The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the seller fails to meet the delivery terms. If the purchase contract is concluded by means of remote means of communication (in the online store), the buyer has the right to comply with Section 12, paragraph 1 of Act no. 108/2000 Coll. on the protection of the consumer in the case of under-the-counter and mail-order sales, the possibility to withdraw from the contract within 7 working days
days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the conclusion of the service contract if the seller has in time and properly fulfilled the information obligations according to § 10.

Seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract until delivery, in case of:
(a) unavailability of the goods,
b) failure to pay the Purchase Price for the ordered goods within the agreed period,
(c) a significant change in the price of the goods (change in the purchase price above 10% of the original price),
d) non-receipt of goods by the purchaser without giving a serious reason or without apparent effort to agree on an alternative delivery date.
The buyer may withdraw from the contract by communicating this fact to the seller through the withdrawal form, which he sends in paper form or electronically via the contact form on the e-shop web site or at the email address of the seller hello@doonchoo.com.

In the event that the goods are returned to the seller in a manner which is intact as a result of the withdrawal, the purchaser shall pay, in particular, the costs associated with bringing the goods back to their original condition and any resulting damage to the goods. These expenses and damages are sold in such a way that the purchase price returned to the buyer in the event of cancellation is the same as the costs and the amount of the damage (that is, a one-off set-off of mutual claims by the seller with which the buyer agrees without reservation).

The consumer can not withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days if it is the sale of goods contained in a protective packaging that is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging has been violated after delivery.
